I would like to express my extreme appreciation for the professionalism and attentiveness of Kale Turkish Properties in the handling of my recent sales transaction.

I found you both to be informed and pragmatic in all elements of the sale and took all the worry from this sometimes stressful situation.

I have approached many agencies in the Side area but none can compare with Kale’s professional approach. Polite, efficient and very effective. You managed to achieve in one day what others have attempted in months and years to no avail.

I am writing to congratulate Ann and Cengiz for the way they dealt with the sale of my property, from the moment someone took an interest to the completion of the sale i knew exactly what was going on, everything went smoother than i imagined and it was really excellent service and all done in a couple of weeks. If your looking at an estate agent and read this trust me, go and see them for yourself, at the very least your get a coffee out of it……

We would just like to say thank you for making the process of selling our villa go so smoothly. Your help in dealing with all the extras like finding flights, booking accommodation and transfers at short notice, settling final bills, dealing with the bank, etc was very much appreciated. Cengiz was really helpful – we wouldn’t have had a clue what to do without him as we don’t speak Turkish.

I wanted to write and make sure that you know just how much I appreciate all of the help that you have given me while finding my home in Turkey. Thankyou for your patience in showing me numerous properties over three days. I never felt pressured and your easy-going yet efficient approach made it both productive and enjoyable.

Dear Ann,

Sorry it has taken a while to thank you properly for the assistance you provided when we wanted to buy a property in Turkey (Kusadasi). The help you gave prior to our visit in setting up property viewing and suggesting additional properties to view was invaluable. It gave us a lot of comfort and confidence in what is potentially a very stressful process, to deal with someone like you who made us feel that our best interests were being taken care of.

When we actually came to Kusadasi to view the properties your efficient and unpressured approach to the viewing made the whole process pleasurable and productive. So much so that we were able to indentify and make an offer on a property after just one day.

A lot of property agents may well have lost a certain amount of interest in us at the point of sale but that was when you really came into your own helping sort out so many things like getting tax number and introductions to people in the area who we needed to deal with. You kept us up to date with the progress of our purchase and within 4 months we were in receipt of our Tapu. You always responded promptly to our enquires and this was again very reassuring.

But above all that, in some senses, the best thing was the friendship that grew between us which we know will continue, especially when we move permanently to our new home.

We had no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your services to Dee ’s brother when he wanted to buy a property in Kusadasi and once again you came through and produced the goods, so that he was able to find exactly what he wanted. We take every opportunity to recommend your services to our friends and feel very comfortable with recommending you to anyone serious about buying a Turkish property.

You couldn”t have sent a better person to deal with our business. We not only found your mum (Ann) very efficient, but we found a very good friend in her, so thank you for that. If she can put up with Margaret she is a saint among women. I”ve beeen trying since 1963 and haven”t managed it yet.
You can also tell your clients all our business was concluded in 4~ 5 days and your company can certainly be trusted to do the right thing by each and everyone”s needs.

We would just like to express how happy we are with the service provided by both yourself and your Mum Ann. You very kindly took instructions for the sale of our villa in Kusadasi and from first instruction to the sale. We have been extremely impressed by the honest and straight forward advice and help given by you both.The sale was completed very recently with no hassle or problems and monies were received promptly.

We would highly recommend your services to anyone either purchasing or selling a property in Turkey. We say this because when we purchased our property in Kusadasi with another agent we did not receive all the help and advice we needed when purchasing in a another country and this made the process so much less enjoyable & difficult.

Purchasing a property abroad can be a very daunting prospect. I know I’ve done it in Turkey. I went to Turkey with limited time in which to look at property. I could only manage a few days leave in which to look and buy the property I wanted. So armed with the knowledge gained from friends who had bought and with some preconceived ideas about the way things are done in Turkey I started my research in the UK, surfing the internet and watching the various property programs on TV.

I contacted a number of companies and they offered me a number of OUT OF THIS WORLD DEALS with lots of small print. Kale Emlak Real Estate was the only company to send just info, ideas and photos with a “get in touch if you like any” attitude.

They sorted out my trip even with the very tight schedule I gave them of only 4 days. I had a shopping list, top of which was the price, then location followed by bedrooms and pool. I was fed, watered housed and introduced to almost every member of the team. They had a list of houses for me to look at, at different locations, prices and builds. This went on till they found me the house I wanted.

Within three days I had searched an area of a country thousands of miles away and found, sorted out the legal paper work and bought a house. Scared is not the answer when you are investing tens of thousands of pounds in another country. They told me to go home if I was not sure, remembering the fact they have looked after me on my trip and were now out of pocket.

Of course one expects to be well treated when the cheque book is at the ready but when dealing with Kale Emlak the difference is that this doesn’t stop once you have signed the English worded contract.

They watch my house for me, I pay my monthly fee through them, they pick me up from the air port and there after care service is very good. You would not get this from an estate agent in UK. If I have a problem then I ring and it is sorted. The bill is passed on to me and it is paid. It is as simple as that.

My advice to anyone looking for a property in Kusadai or Alanya is simple look for yourself. See if you feel the same way I did when I left and now; two years down the line. The properties are stunning, the Turkish people are renowned for their warmth, hospitality and are trustworthy, the prices competitive.

Dear sally,

My wife and I just wanted to express our sincere thanks for you and your mothers help in the purchasing of our new home in Kusadasi.

As your aware due to my illness my wife and I had a very good idea of what we wanted and the specifications needed and were glad by the time we arrived you had both wittled a vast list down to what you considered suitable for us to inspect over our 4 day visit.

We are now not surprised it only took one and a half days to find the most perfect house with no pressure whatsoever. By that afternoon we were proud owners and even had a day left over to pick the furniture!

We have just returned from our first weeks stay. Ann not only met us at the airport, she had arranged the furniture to be delivered and placed out, drinking water and gas etc to be delivered, had all our minor snagging faults repaired the first day and still had time to meet with us for dinner!

If anyone is considering a similar purchase we would be more than happy for you to give our details to discuss how well your company is run.

Dear Ann,

I would never have thought it possible to be able to buy a property with all required specifications in just 4 days, but that is exactly what we did. This of course would not have been possible but for the professionalism and experience of the Kale Turkish Properties members.

Once the property was chosen the legal and required essentials were completed to purchase the property with all support and help required from yourselves, showing impressive efficiency.

You introduced us to the Turkish language and cultural ways, showed us the sights and worked until late in the evening. You mad sure we were content and happy, and enjoyed the Turkish weather and scenery.

We arrived as fledglings in your beautiful country and we were made so welcome. We were able to trust you to do the job properly. We came to purchase a property and you enabled us to succeed with no problems.

My first introduction to Kale Emlak was an advertisement in the local paper and an introductory phone call with Sally was very helpful.

Ann and Sally’s knowledge of the legislation in Turkey is first class and put any worries I had to rest. Whilst out there the pace of the viewings was tailored to my needs, there was no pressure, all the staff in the office were great, first class even.

My sister and I have recently bought a house in Kusadasi with the help of your Mum, Ann.

As I am sure she will have mentioned it has been hard work particularly as we used a UK based solicitor, and without Ann’s help it would have been even harder.

We are going back out there at the end of next week and would like to take something for her to say thank you. Is there anything you can think of that she would like that she can’t get in Turkey… Please don’t mention to her that we have asked.

Hi Sally,

I thought I’d just let you know what a lovely week we had being able to stay in our own property. When we went out to look in March we were really stepping into the unknown but we soon felt really comfortable with Kale and felt quite confident that we could trust them. It was great to go out again and find that our confidence hadn’t been misplaced.

Everyone was extremely helpful and your mum in particular was a fantastic support through the inevitable teething problems. She’d also done a fantastic job of furnishing and kitting out the place for us.

If you’ve got anyone going out to buy who is concerned and would like to talk to someone who has gone through it we’d be happy to oblige and we’ll happily recommend Kale to anyone thinking of using your services.
