About Us

We were originally established in Kusadasi as the British partners of Kale Property but in 2008 took the step of becoming independent and registering our own business name of Kale Turkish Properties. Our property sales office is now located in stunning Side, near Antalya and we offer a wide range of properties for sale on that Mediterranean coastline while also marketing thousands of properties in the Kusadasi area.

As of July 2008 Kale Turkish Properties was a British owned company, with English ex-pat mother and daughter team Ann and Sally at the helm. In May 2012 the company was bought by our long-term sales Manager Cengiz. We are proud to have built a reputation for honest and friendly Estate Agent service in what has now become a crazy market place! Customer service is particularly important to us and we strive to answer any queries within 24 hours.

We run a tight ship and firmly believe that keeping our team small enables us to provide a much higher quality of service to our clients. Me (Cengiz) has superb English and has been with the company for eleven years, me and Ann will continue to work together to meet the needs of our customers.
